Game & App Support
Stuck on a puzzle, lost progress, or having trouble with a purchase? We’re here to help. To get you an answer fast, please include:
The name of the game (for example, Prism Trails: Neon Nexus)
Your device model (for example, Samsung Galaxy S24 or iPhone 16)
Your Android or iOS version
What happened, and a screenshot if you can
Purchases and refunds: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. If you change phones, open the game and tap Restore Purchases to unlock your purchase again. Refund requests go through the store you bought from, but email us if you need help.
Privacy & Data Requests
Our games don’t collect personal information. To ask a privacy question or have us delete your support emails, use the subject line “Privacy Question” or “Data Deletion Request.” We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
